Executive Club Attendees:

As our adventure begins, we’re thrilled to welcome you to the Land Down Under, where you’ll soak in the sun and culture of Australia’s carefree vibes!

A few miscellaneous housekeeping notes for you:

• The itinerary in your mobile web app will have all the details for your stay. Make sure you double check activity times as some have been updated. 
• If you need assistance from our staff, you can contact us using the HELP feature in the mobile web app or visit us at the Farm Bureau Hospitality Desk.
• We encourage you to upload photos to the app Gallery.
• When you are in your hotel room and try to use a power outlet, you’ll need to switch it on at the wall—each outlet has its own switch, and the electricity won’t work unless it’s turned on.
• It is currently stinger season, so if you would like to go swimming, you can collect a stinger suit along with snorkelling equipment from the hotel. 
• If you are not currently signed up for the private Thundercat Snorkel and Whitehaven Beach Excursion on the 16th, there are still spaces available! The cost is 265 AUD per person. Please stop by the hospitality desk by tomorrow morning to reserve your spot.
• A weather call will be made an hour prior to each helicoptor tour time.  If we have to cancel your tour a text notification will be sent as soon as we have a update.  
• For those on the Whitehaven Snorkel Tour on April 16, you will recieve a text with a link for the tour waiver.  If you can fill out prior to the tour, it will expedite the boarding process.

Circle of Champions & Executive Club

We look forward to seeing you this afternoon to kick off our time on Hayman Island! The Farm Bureau Pool Party begins at 3:30 pm at the Hayman Pool. Attire is pool casual.

• Check your itinerary in the mobile web app for your hosted activity time and meeting location as times may have changed.
• Dinner is advance reservations or on your own.
